ADULT TEAMs 2023!

Age 18yrs+, male and female.

 

Adults, it's your time to shine! Wether your child is in classes at our gym or not all adults are welcome. Our adult cheer and pom teams are all about having fun and being active without any previous experience necessary. Just bring yourself, a bottle of water and get ready for a fun routine/s and plenty of laughs with your coaches and team/s. Our adults classes are always a good time so don't take yourself too seriously here!

Our adult cheer and pom teams will be competing at events in 2023, but don't panic we are in it for the fun, anything we get at a comp is just a bonus!
